Francesco Ferrari

Francesco Ferrari is engaged in project finance matters, focusing on the following sectors: social infrastructure, transportation and energy. He represents public authorities, sponsors and equity investors in the procurement and development of project financed transactions both in Italy and abroad.

His practice also includes the drafting and negotiation of tender documents for public authorities, the drafting and negotiation of any contractual documentation for sponsors and equity investors during all phases of project financed transactions: from the procurement and tender phase to the award, structuring, financing and development of the relevant projects.

Francesco also focuses on the acquisitions of infrastructure assets and assists clients, in particular investment funds, in the sale and purchase of stakes in special purpose vehicles concessionaires under project finance schemes for the construction and operation of hospitals, metro lines, rail and light rail, airports, motorways. He accrued a solid cross border experience advising clients in projects in many jurisdictions around the world.
