Lauren Grinder's litigation experience includes toxic torts, product liability defense, employment disputes, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and class action defense. She has experience guiding clients through the phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, authoring and arguing dispositive motions in state and federal courts, trial, and handling appeals. Lauren serves on teams responsible for the work-up and trial of cases for food and beverage companies, consumer products manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers. She has significant experience developing and preparing trial narratives from the outset of litigation to a jury verdict. Beyond litigation, Lauren has experience providing regulatory compliance and risk management advice to pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.
