  • Advising a large government department in respect of the client's commercial arrangements regarding critical public services impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
  • Advising an international consumer goods client on the procurement of new transport providers to supplement an existing sole provider of their primary transport logistics.
  • Advising an international retail client on the procurement of a new e-fulfillment, warehouse and distribution provider.
  • Advising a technology client on its inter-group commercial arrangements concerning the client's personnel, intellectual property and internal services.
  • Advising a higher education client on updating its arrangements for student placements in industry including reviewing the client's regulations on ownership of intellectual property and the confidentiality requirements of students and staff.
