Shervin advises on contentious and non-contentious cyber security and data protection matters. He has many years of experience supporting hundreds of clients across most areas relating to data protection and cyber security. Shervin has been seconded to seven high-profile multinational businesses across multiple industries. This has resulted in unique insights into different businesses' management and use of data, and means that he is often called upon to provide pragmatic and commercially focussed solutions for his clients.

Shervin is a co-author of the second edition of Data Protection and Compliance book (published by the British Computer Society) and featured as an expert speaker on FTI Consulting’s ‘The Expert Briefing’ podcast episode on Cybersecurity Due Diligence in the M&A process. He has presented at several internal and client workshops, and has published multiple data protection articles and insights.
