Wojciech Rudnik advises clients – both lenders (including syndicates of banks) and borrowers – on matters related to project finance, real estate finance, energy finance, acquisition finance, bonds and securitisation. He has specific experience in security interests, including security assignments, pledges, mortgages and guarantees. 

He also focuses on the law of obligations, commercial law, insolvency law, financial law, and private international law, advising creditors in insolvency proceedings, representing insolvent debtors, and handling litigation and arbitration proceedings. 

Wojciech has authored numerous articles on the law of obligations in prestigious legal/business journals and has presented papers at international conferences.
