Raffaella is a lawyer and tax advisor with experience in transactional and structural advice in a national and international context, in particular with M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. She advises on all aspects of domestic and international tax law. Her clients include German and international corporations and partnerships. She focuses on transactional tax, reorganisations, restructurings and international corporate tax structuring. She also provides advice on tax audits and tax litigation, as well as general advice on corporate tax.
