Sophie T. Sarchet is a litigation associate in the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. Her experience includes identifying, researching, and analyzing discrete and complex legal issues at both the trial and appellate levels of litigation. She has represented and counseled clients in various industries, including healthcare, insurance, entertainment, and hospitality, and on employment and administrative issues.

Sophie began her legal career at a renowned boutique appellate firm. She went on to clerk for a federal magistrate judge in the Central District of California and joined DLA Piper upon the clerkship’s completion. As a law student, Sophie performed extensive research on federal and state regulation of the transportation industry, preemption, and constitutional law, and externed at the Superior Court of California, County of Orange.

Pro Bono
