Zofia Waszczykowska advises on commercial company law, corporate law and M&A transactions. 

She has a particular focus on the energy and RES sectors and on private equity investments, advising both Polish and international clients. 

Zofia participates in due diligence reviews, prepares and negotiates transaction documentation, and supports clients in ongoing corporate matters.

  • Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the sale of a 100% stake in a portfolio of project companies operating three wind farm projects with a total capacity of 142 MW and a portfolio of early-stage hybrid PV projects in western Poland with a total capacity of up to 159 MW to a subsidiary of Orlen S.A. (total transaction value: PLN 2.2 billion)
  • Advising Equinor Group on the acquisition of a wind farm with a total capacity of 26 MW in western Poland from Helios Group
  • Advising the shareholders (including VC funds) of Perfect Gym Solutions S.A., a leader in SaaS products for the fitness industry, on the sale of 100% of its shares to Sport Alliance, a global leader in this industry, funded by PSG Equity
  • Advising bVALUE Growth on its multimillion-dollar financing of Sportano, a Polish sports e-commerce brand
  • Advising SIBS on the acquisition of a majority stake in ITCARD, one of Poland’s largest payment services providers
