We would love you to join our roundtable discussion, to share your insights and questions with peers facing the same challenges about impact of the new Hong Kong cybersecurity law on CIOs and their service providers.

Hong Kong has introduced legislation to enhance cybersecurity of IT systems of critical infrastructure, namely the Protection of Critical Infrastructures (Computer Systems) Ordinance (Ordinance), which was passed in March 2025 and is expected to come into force in January 2026.

The DLA Piper Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity group, in partnership with SIA, invites you to join us for a breakfast roundtable on 12 June at 09:30, where we will bring together a group of those potentially impacted by the new law to discuss key risks and uncertainties, preparation strategies, and actionable insights on how critical infrastructure operators (CIOs) can start adapting their existing (global or regional) cybersecurity compliance programs to address the Ordinance.

This discussion, under Chatham House rules, will be chaired by Carolyn Bigg, Partner and Co-Global Chair – Data, privacy and Cyber group at DLA Piper and Amaya Rousseau, Manager, Cybersecurity, Data Protection & IT Risks at SIA.

Please register to secure your place. We look forward to you joining us.
