DLA Piper advises Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior S.A. in issuance of MX$3 billion in debt securities

DLA Piper represented Latin American regional export development bank Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) in its issuance of MX$3 billion in debt securities in the form of Certificados Bursátiles.

DLA Piper previously advised Bladex on an issuance of MX$3 billion in debt securities and an issuance of MX$2 billion in debt securities last year.

“It was a pleasure to bring together our extensive financial services sector capabilities and our experience advising on complex transactions across the Latin America region to assist Bladex with this debt securities issuance,” said DLA Piper partner Diego Martínez, who led the firm’s deal team.

Along with Martínez, the DLA Piper team representing Bladex included associates Adolfo Obregón and Jaime Ancer (all of Mexico City).
