Prior to joining DLA Piper, James represented financial institutions and asset managers in their cash and derivatives trading documentation, including International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) Master Agreements, prime brokerage platform agreements and term lockups, repurchase agreements, swap master confirmations, and other similar documentation.
