Liuyi Pang is a Senior Consultant in DLA Piper's Litigation and Regulatory group and is based in the firm’s Shanghai office. She focuses on a wide range of compliance and investigation matters for multinationals and locally based companies in the life sciences, technology, automobile, manufacturing, finance, industrials, and consumer products industries.
Liuyi joined us from another international firm and has since developed into one of our team’s key lawyers and is the principal associate in leading a number of major investigation mandates for our MNC clients that touches on national security, bribery, data security concerns, and complex conflict of interest schemes.
Liuyi is admitted to the State of New York and has also passed PRC bar exam.
