DLA Piper advises on the sale of a majority stake in Stangl Technik Holding to SPIE

DLA Piper Poland advised two investment funds, Avallon MBO Fund II and Genesis Private Equity Fund III, on the sale of a majority stake in Stangl Technik Holding to SPIE Central Europe.

Stangl Technik Holding, through its subsidiaries, supplies and assembles interior HVAC systems on the Polish and Czech markets. It also offers engineering, design, warranty and post-warranty services.

The transaction was led by Piotr Miller, with support from Michał Sowiński and Małgorzata Nowak of DLA Piper's Warsaw Corporate and M&A team. Partner supervision of the transaction was provided by Jakub Marcinkowski.
