DLA Piper advises a North American private equity investor on the acquisition of two logistic parks in Poland

DLA Piper advises a North American private equity investor on the acquisition of two Polish logistic parks from Panattoni.

The transaction was led by Mirosław Całka with the support of Paulina Galicka from DLA Piper Poland’s real estate team. Partner supervision of the project was provided by Michał Pietuszko.

Both logistics parks are located in key areas in Poland. The 35,000 sqm GLA logistics warehouse in Panattoni Park Lublin City IV in southeastern Poland is located on Lublin’s ring road and along the Pan-European Transport Corridor II (Berlin-Nizhny Novgorod). The second asset is a 30,500 sqm GLA logistics warehouse at Panattoni Park Silesia West and has quick access to the A1 and A4 motorways, providing convenient connections to the rest of the country and to Germany.

Panattoni is the largest industrial real estate developer in Europe.
