Mateusz focuses his practice on regulatory aspects of the energy sector and servicing investments in energy infrastructure. He took part in carrying out due diligence analyses concerning onshore and offshore wind farms, conventional power plants, RES and distribution infrastructure projects.

Mateusz advised power companies, banks and investment funds in transactions involving sale or acquisition of operating and ready-to-build projects in Poland such as offshore and onshore wind farms, bio-fuel production facility, CHP-plants, waste combustion plants and RES installations.

Mateusz supports clients in regulatory matters, in particular in renewable energy support schemes, electricity capacity market, concessions and compliance of power companies with the Polish law.

Mateusz represents power companies in administrative proceedings conducted before the Minister of Energy, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, as well as before the transmission system operator in the scope of conclusion of electricity transmission service agreement.
