DLA Piper advises OX2 on the construction of two onshore wind farms in Poland

DLA Piper has advised OX2, a leading European developer of renewable energy sources, on the construction of the two onshore wind farms in Grajewo and Sulmierzyce.

The Grajewo wind farm, located in the province of Podlasie, has 12 wind turbines with a total capacity of 41.4 MW, which will produce about 130.6 GWh of energy annually, capable of powering up to. 40,000 households annually.

The Sulmierzyce wind farm, situated in the Greater Poland province, consists of seven wind turbines with a total capacity of 23.1 MW, producingan average of 67.6 GWh of energy, powering approximately 21,000 households.
