Oduvaldo Lara Júnior joins Campos Mello Advogados as a partner in the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practice

DLA Piper announced today that Oduvaldo Lara Júnior has joined Campos Mello Advogados (CMA), which has a cooperation agreement with DLA Piper, as a partner in the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He will be based in the Rio de Janeiro office.

Lara Júnior brings more than 18 years of legal experience. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, joint ventures, foreign investments, corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and corporate consulting for public and privately held companies, foreign investors and private equity funds.

Lara Júnior is a member of the Brazilian Public Company Association (ABRASCA), of the Brazilian Bar Association’s São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília and Rio Grande do Sul Chapters, and of the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP). He received his bachelor's degree in law from Mackenzie University in Brazil. He also has a master's degree in business administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
