DLA Piper is pleased to announce its role in several recent complex transactions led by Northern Virginia-based partner Eric Grossman, who also serves as vice chair of the firm’s Private Equity practice.

The transactions include:

  • Representation of Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, DC-based private equity firm, in its acquisition of Millstone Medical Outsourcing, a comprehensive solutions provider of quality-critical services to the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, managing post-manufacturing services and supply chain and logistics services.

“It was a pleasure to advise OSF, 2nd Watch and Arlington Capital Partners in these key acquisitions, bringing together our leading middle-market private equity and M&A capabilities with our vast experience in the technology, healthcare and manufacturing sectors to achieve successful results,” Grossman said.
