Alicia Ehn advises clients on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and finance matters with a particular focus on the media sector. Alicia has substantial experience from the film and TV industry, working with several domestic and international production companies and streaming services. Alicia also has experience of working with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and acquisition finance, as well as assisting clients with general corporate matters.
