AI Technology 101	Overview of the fundamental technology underpinning AI
AI Legal and Risk Issues	High-level view of the legal risk landscape
AI Law and Regulation	Key global legislation, including the EU AI Act
AI and Data	AI’s relationship with data protection, recent case law, and implementation roadmap
AI and Governance	Introduction to AI governance and its importance
AI and IP	Legal and risk issues relating to AI and intellectual property
Employment	Workforce impact and bias issues in AI
Explainability of AI	What explainability means, the key challenges in making AI systems transparent and understandable, and the implications for trust, accountability, and regulation
Sharing Data for Training and Optimising AI	Interactive session on licensing and collaboration considerations
Contracting for AI	Practical guidance on adapting contracts for AI systems

MODULE TWO: IMPLEMENT – December 2025 – Online: 1.5–2 hr workshop A practical workshop on what you’ve learned, the risks identified, and the related controls and remediation.
MODULE THREE: ASSESS – January 2026 – Online: 1.5–2 hr workshop A webinar to develop methods of reviewing the use of AI and capture any risk points. Learn how to review maturity of your current model and conduct a gap analysis.
MODULE FOUR: MANAGE – February 2026 – Online: 1.5–2 hr workshop This webinar will help you to design and implement an effective governance structure and to minimise risk by applying AI policies and the AI methodology.
