The December 2025 edition of our Gender pay transparency: A global guide to employer obligations is now available, bringing you the latest information on developments in Europe and beyond.

Our guide covers jurisdictions across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Americas, and the Middle East, with two new countries for December 2025: Slovenia and Greece.

For each country, the guide highlights pay gap reporting requirements, as well as rules relating to pre-employment pay transparency and the rights of employees to be given pay information. You can also compare and contrast the information for multiple countries and create a tailored report.
