DLA Piper advises GigCapital4 in business combination with

DLA Piper represented GigCapital4, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) focused on the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industries, in its business combination with, a leading provider of artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud-based big data analytics and cyber engineering solutions.
