DLA Piper guides Province of Santa Fe on landmark US$800 million bond offering

DLA Piper advised Argentina’s Province of Santa Fe on a significant international note offering in which US$800 million was raised to support major public works, such as gas pipelines, road modernization, and public safety investments.

The transaction was Santa Fe’s first in international markets since 2017, demonstrating renewed confidence from investors.
