Kate is a funds lawyer, specialising in real estate, real estate debt and credit funds, club deals, co-investments and joint ventures.

She advises on the structuring, creation and operation of onshore and offshore funds and other structured real estate investment vehicles. She also advises on related matters, such as fund conversions (closed- to open-ended, unauthorised to authorised), carried interest structures, secondary sales and purchases and segregated account mandates.
