AssociateBrian Robusto focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, investigations, white collar defense, and insurance law.
Brian's litigation experience includes work for multinational corporations, major nonprofits, and individuals in federal and state court disputes. Brian represents and assists clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial strategy, motion practice, and discovery through to trial, settlement, and appeal.
Brian is also involved in a variety of pro bono projects, with a pro bono focus on veterans' representation.

Prior Experience
Before joining DLA Piper, Brian served as a law clerk for the Department of Justice, United States Attorney's Office in the District of Columbia, working in the criminal division with prosecutors at trial.
