
Pierre Sikorav
CounselPierre is a recognized specialist in public law. He advises domestic and international clients on a wide array of public law issues, including administrative law, constitutional law, and EU law. His expertise covers project development, public procurement and contracts, public sector financing, and sector-specific regulations.
Pierre has worked on numerous international projects in France and Africa in a variety of sectors, including defense, energy, transportation, mining, and telecommunications.
He also regularly acts in litigation before administrative and judicial courts, as well as in dispute resolution before regulatory authorities.
Pierre is a member of the Paris and New York bars and has practiced since 2012 in two leading international law firms. Pierre has been listed in Legal 500 EMEA in administrative and public law since 2024.
Pierre is a lecturer at the University Paris II Panthéon Assas and former lecturer at Sciences Po Paris. He has spoken at numerous seminars dealing with various law topics and has also published several articles in LexisNexis.

- Advised an international payment service provider in the context of corporate fleet electrification, by giving an overview of the legal regime applicable to EV charging in France.*
- Advising an international developer of energy management solutions manage the energy market crisis and its contractual relationships.*
