DLA Piper advises Sygnity in connection with the acquisition of a controlling stake by Topicus.com Inc. by way of a tender offer

Jakub Domalik-Plakwicz, Marek Kłeczek, Wojciech Kalinowski, Arkadiusz Karwala and Anna Chrabota-Bajson of the Warsaw office of DLA Piper advised Sygnity S.A. in connection with the closing of a transaction by Total Specific Solutions (a subsidiary of Topicus.com Inc.) to acquire 72.68% of the company's shares for a total of approximately PLN197 million through a tender offer for 100% of the company's shares announced on 22 March 2022. The transaction concluded the process of reviewing Sygnity S.A.'s strategic options, in which the company was advised by the DLA Piper team.
