DLA Piper advises team.blue on acquisition of maxcluster

DLA Piper has advised team.blue on the acquisition of e-commerce hosting company maxcluster GmbH with immediate effect. This strategic cooperation marks an important milestone for the company and opens up new opportunities for future growth and success.

Based in Paderborn, Germany, maxcluster specialises in the managed hosting of e-commerce applications and online shops. It designs and operates scalable, fail-safe and high-performance Manage Web Clusters. The cooperation with team.blue will enable maxcluster to further strengthen its position in the DACH market, provide additional resources and expertise, as well as an expanded network.

team.blue is a leading digital enabler for businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe. The company is made up of more than 40 brands who serve more than 2.5 million customers. The company is a one-stop partner for web hosting, domains, e-commerce, online compliance, lead generation and application solutions with the aim to shape technology and provide customers with innovative online products and services.
