Natalie Lewis
AssociateNatalie represents employers in litigation before federal and state courts, as well as various arbitration forums and administrative agencies. Her litigation experience includes defending both single plaintiff and class action claims, including all forms of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour matters.
Natalie also advises clients on a wide range of workplace issues, including compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, wage and hour practices, and non-compete agreements.

Pro Bono
In addition to her employment law practice, Natalie is actively engaged in various pro bono matters. Natalie has successfully represented individuals seeking asylum in the U.S. and assisted nonprofit groups in the DACA renewal process.
Natalie also provides pro bono employment law counsel to various non-profit organizations, including a not-for-profit cinema and education center and an advocacy organization against domestic violence.
