Christopher Liang is a member of the firm's Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations Group.
Christopher has a broad commercial litigation practice and routinely acts for clients on commercial arbitrations, breach of contract claims, commercial real estate matters, construction disputes and aviation matters. Christopher has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to joining the firm, Christopher obtained his Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law from the McGill University Faculty of Law. Christopher previously worked at two international law firms located in London, UK.
In his final year of law school, Christopher competed at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Christopher and his teammates finished in the top sixty-four law schools worldwide out of three hundred and eighty-five participating faculties. Christopher and his teammates also secured honourable mentions for their Claimant and Respondent memos.
Christopher summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an associate in 2023.
