About

Lindsey Peck is a corporate lawyer with experience in assisting with a wide range of corporate transactions including a large number of UK and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments and funding matters as well as assisting on general corporate and public law matters.

Lindsey has experience across a range of sections including Financial Services, Hospitality and Leisure, Industrial and Media, Sport and Entertainment, and she has acted for listed and house-hold name companies across these sectors.

Lindsey has worked for a variety of stakeholders from individual sellers, large international companies, PE houses and management teams. This has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge about what each stakeholder requires and how to best serve their needs on each transaction. She works diligently to provide commercial solutions to legal problems in order to provide the best outcome for her clients.

Her knowledge across a variety of sectors and transactions allows her to draw on her extensive experience when helping clients on each new deal.

  • Acted for TalkTalk Telecom Group plc on the sale of the FibreNation and Bolt Pro Tem businesses to CityFibre, which is part owned by Goldman Sachs. FibreNation operates a full fibre infrastructure across the City of York.
  • Acted for the Vita Group, one of Europe's leading providers of flexible polyurethane foam, on its acquisition of mattress manufacturer Usleep Limited from Northedge Capital LLP.
  • Acted for the individual owners of the Autocab group on their sale to Uber International BV.
  • Acted for Mobysoft Limited, a Manchester-based predictive analytics software provider to the social housing sector, on the investment by ECI and the reinvestment by management and Livingbridge.
  • Acted for the management team of SRL Traffic Systems Limited on the £270 million investment by 3i Infrastructure plc into the SRL group.
  • Advised INEOS Group with the successful disposal of their international Melamines and Paraform Group to Prefere Resins Holding GmbH in Germany.
  • Advised 2 Sisters Food Group on a number of disposals including the sale of their Goodfellas and San Marco pizza business to Nomad Foods Europe Limited (owner of Birdseye) and Green Isle Brands Limited to Blue Giant Limited.
  • Advised a number of UK corporates including the YM&U on a large scale re-organisation and restructure of their corporate group in both the UK and the USA.
  • Advised a number of AIM and Main Market listed entities, including Flowtech Fluidpower plc, Bodycote plc and The Restaurant Group plc with their general public law requirements including AGM notices and circulars, as well as assisting with a number of accelerated bookbuilds and placement of shares.
