Prior Experience
Prior to joining DLA, Anne was a Debt Finance attorney with other large law firms in the Bay Area and an in-house counsel with a global financial institution that serves investors, investment funds, and companies in the technology, life sciences, and healthcare markets. Anne’s prior expertise includes representing banks in various transactions, including venture fund financings, syndicated deals, and loan workouts and restructurings.
Anne served on active duty as an officer in the US Marine Corps before attending law school.
