Conducted a technology operating model review for a major construction and property group across people, process, technology and data, identifying operational improvement opportunities and developing practical recommendations to uplift performance and delivery effectiveness.
Led an enterprise architecture and technology landscape review for a major utilities organisation, mapping applications to business capabilities and providing recommendations on the future direction of core platforms across customer, asset management, finance and HR, alongside an eight-year technology roadmap to guide investment decisions.
Advised a major energy network business through a vendor procurement and evaluation process to support digital project delivery, including assessment of shortlisted providers, development of governance and accountability structures, definition of ways of working, and support through to partner selection.
Supported a global healthcare business in the implementation of OKRs as a goal-setting framework across four major departments, helping to strengthen planning, prioritisation and transparency and create a more cohesive way of working across the Australian organisation.
