Robert Song is a senior associate at DLA Piper's Seoul office and is admitted to practice law in New York. His practice covers a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, investments, joint ventures, securities law and other corporate advisory matters. He regularly advises high profile, complex international and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Robert worked at leading US law firms in New York and London. His transactional experience includes representing various clients on a broad range of corporate transactions in Europe and the United States. He also served in the Republic of Korea Army.
