DLA Piper advises Contino in its sale to Cognizant

DLA Piper represented Contino, a privately-held technology consulting firm, in its sale to Cognizant.

Headquartered in London with approximately 350 employees worldwide, Contino helps clients accelerate their digital transformation by leveraging enterprise DevOps methodologies, a cloud-native development approach and advanced data platforms.

The DLA Piper team representing Contino was led by partner Eric Grossman (Northern Virginia) and included partners Thomas Hendershot (Northern Virginia), Julia Kovacs (Washington, DC), David Plewa, Anil Kalia and Nathaniel McKitterick (all of Silicon Valley) in the US, partner John Gallon (Leeds) in the UK, and partners Mark Burger and James Newnham (both of Melbourne) in Australia; as well as of counsel Nia Brown (Washington, DC); and associates Ryan Selis (Northern Virginia) and Will Gowland (Leeds).
