Melody Aaron

Melody Aaron's practice focuses on the alternative investment funds industry. She represents investors in various types of funds, including venture capital and private equity. Melody regularly assists clients in reviewing and negotiating fund documentation such as partnership agreements, side letters, private placement memoranda and subscription materials.

Melody also has experience representing private equity sponsors in fund formation matters, co-investments, transfers and secondary transactions, and has advised sponsors in the crypto/blockchain industry.-
