  • Instructed two well-known funds on the provision of a senior financing package in connection with an acquisition
  • Acted for well-known plc in connection with the refinancing of its existing term and revolving credit facilities
  • Managed a team of 15 paralegals and lawyers throughout the DLAP network with respect to the negotiation, review and finalising of non-disclosure agreements (NDA), implementing a framework and appropriate procedures for Ares to manage the effective delivery of all NDAs in a cost efficient and timely manner
  • Acted for Graphite Capital on the purchase of a corporate business specialising in repairer of on board galley equipment and cabin interior products
  • Acted for HSBC Innovation as mandated lead arranger and Citibank, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, two other major investment banks and another major financial institution as lenders on refinancing for Wise plc
  • Acted for clearing bank and a consortium of lenders in respect of the financing for the Harvey Nash group of companies in nine jurisdictions
  • Acted for HSBC Bank in connection with the corporate financing provided in connection with the KFC franchise
  • Acted for JP Morgan in a transaction with film financing facilities, where JP Morgan acted as the capital structure advisor and lender
  • Acted for well-known lender in the Canadian market in connection with the corporate financing provided to a corporate business
