Tom helps clients, including multinational corporates and owner managers on their acquisition and exit strategies, whether domestic or multi-jurisdictional. Tom also has experience advising private equity houses on new investments, bolt-on acquisitions and exits, as well as advising management teams.
Tom has a particular focus on the Tech sector and has also advised on several acquisitions of software platform businesses over the last year, including on behalf of Netcall Plc (an AIM-quoted technology company). Tom has also previously spent time seconded to the Martin James Network to advise on the investment by BGF in one of MJN’s portfolio companies operating as a leading innovator in social care using virtual reality tech.
Tom has an aptitude for building strong client relationships across a broad and diverse client base, delivering clear and commercial advice that delivers on his client’s strategies.
