  • Represented a major pharmaceutical company in litigation against networks of healthcare providers that defrauded company's free-drug program
  • Represented a major medical devices company in a suit alleging breach of a merger agreement relating to a surgical robotics company
  • Represented a financial guaranty insurer in actions concerning residential mortgage-backed securities
  • Represented a payments technology company in a false claims act case alleging failure to remit escheatable unclaimed property to the state
     

Pro Bono

  • Obtained reversal by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit of the dismissal of an incarcerated man's Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment claims arising out of his prolonged solitary confinement
  • Briefed and argued appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on behalf of a noncitizen seeking reopening of his removal proceedings, and received a 2021 Pro Bono Publico Award from the Legal Aid Society in recognition of this pro bono work
  • Argued multiple criminal appeals in the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department
  • Filed amicus briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court and appellate courts around the country behalf of an interfaith group of religious organizations in support of individuals whose rights under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act were violated while incarcerated
