  • Conducted an internal investigation and responded to a subpoena from the Securities and Exchange Commission in relation to an exploited zero-day vulnerability. 
  • Represented privately held group of companies in connection with an internal investigation and prosecuted a civil lawsuit seeking recovery of $47 million in an embezzlement fraud. *
  • Defended private equity sponsor against fraud claims and alleged damages of $150 million relating to sale of its portfolio company.*
