About

Constance Du represents and counsels clients in a variety of high-stakes litigation, arbitrations, and investigations across the country. She helps clients navigate matters involving bankruptcy and fraud, class actions, and other complex commercial disputes.

Constance dedicated the first year of her practice exclusively to pro bono work. As a Krantz Fellow, she litigated prisoners’ rights, asylum, and fair housing cases. She also partnered with New Perimeter, DLA’s nonprofit affiliate, to advise international NGOs and governments on cross-border negotiations, legal education initiatives, and project development.

Constance maintains an active pro bono practice, focused on civil rights and impact litigation work.

She also serves on the boards of the Chicago Bar Foundation and Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.
