Jeremiah Kauffman practices in the area real estate transactions including the purchase, sale and exchanges of investment real estate; commercial leasing; real estate financing and structured transactions including mezzanine loans and preferred equity; and formation of real estate investment entities.

Jeremiah represents public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, complex financings and development of commercial real estate.
