William Kirton advises clients on complex antitrust and competition law matters, including merger enforcement, regulatory review of transactions, antitrust conduct matters, and compliance with US antitrust laws.

Will has experience guiding clients through domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactions and collaborations that involve antitrust challenges, and has represented companies across a range of industries, including software and technology, life sciences, healthcare, fintech, consumer goods, and manufacturing.

Having started his career as a corporate attorney focused on emerging growth companies, Will has also counselled clients on both sides of private equity and venture capital transactions and acted as a legal point of contact for emerging companies. Will combines antitrust experience and a corporate law background to provide creative solutions in collaborating with colleagues, regulators, in-house counsel, and business teams in every client engagement.

Will has an active pro bono practice representing clients facing immigration law matters, tenancy issues, and those forming and starting small businesses.
