Kleoniki Kontaxi LL.M.

Kleoniki is an Associate at the Brussels office of DLA Piper.

She holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge and she is qualified in Greece. She advises credit institutions and leading companies on transactional and regulatory matters with particular focus on corporate, M&A, banking & finance, state aid and energy law-related issues across the private and public sectors.

Before joining DLA Piper, Kleoniki pursued her legal traineeship at a law firm in Greece, focusing on complex commercial law-related matters and representing clients in various industries, including business & IT certification services, biotechnology, financial services, logistics and retail.
