Nicholas Luciano focuses his practice in the area of corporate law, with specific concentrations in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions/private equity, and corporate finance. Nicholas represents both issuers and underwriters in equity and debt securities offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings (ATMs) and high-yield debt offerings. He also advises clients on special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) transactions, as well as public companies on corporate governance matters, preparing SEC filings and securities law compliance.
While attending New York Law School, Nicholas served as an Articles Editor on the New York Law School Law Review.
