Jason Taylor Lueddeke focuses his practice on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, representing clients in entertainment and media, sports, and technology.

In both state and federal courts, Jason has represented a broad range of industry-leading companies and high-profile individuals, including major motion picture studios, film and commercial production companies, global media companies, Academy Award-nominated actors and directors, Grammy Award-winning and nominated recording artists and record producers, world champion athletes, international pop stars, C-suite gaming and entertainment executives, film and music talent managers, and internet and media streaming services.

With extensive experience in all stages of litigation from pre-filing through trial and appeal, Lueddeke counsels clients in matters related to intellectual property, defamation and privacy, unfair competition, business torts, and high-stakes commercial disputes. Jason also maintains an active pro bono practice with a commitment to immigration causes.
