Colin McGrath focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in trial and appellate courts nationwide. He has represented clients in class actions and multidistrict litigation, in industry-shaping disputes involving consumer protection, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and conspiracy claims, in appeals from administrative proceedings, in bankruptcy court proceedings and appeals, and other matters involving complex statutory and constitutional issues. As a versatile litigator, his work has spanned many sectors of the economy, including the consumer technology, telecommunications, insurance, consumer finance, and real estate industries.

Colin maintains an active pro bono practice focused on criminal appeals and constitutional litigation. Colin has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for his appellate work.
