Colin McGrath focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in trial and appellate courts nationwide. He has represented clients in class actions and multidistrict litigation, in industry-shaping disputes involving consumer protection, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and conspiracy claims, in appeals from administrative proceedings, in bankruptcy court proceedings and appeals, and other matters involving complex statutory and constitutional issues.
