Stephanie Piper focuses her practice in the area of patent litigation and has experience guiding clients through every stage of a litigation from performing pre-suit evaluations, initiating suits, and pursuing fact and expert discovery to trial on the merits and appeals. She also advises clients on freedom to operate analyses and related diligence matters. She has significant experience representing biopharmaceutical companies in complex Hatch-Waxman litigations as well as experience representing medical device and biotechnology companies.

While in law school, Stephanie served as the Notes Editor for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review.
