Samantha Roberts

Samantha Roberts maintains a broad practice in employment, labour and privacy law, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of workplace matters.

Samantha has experience assisting clients with wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, workplace harassment, human rights complaints, employment standards compliance, workers' compensation, and occupational health and safety matters. Samantha regularly advises on the development and implementation of workplace policies and agreements, as well as performance management, and termination and discipline issues. She also supports clients through workplace investigations and all stages of the litigation and dispute resolution process.

Samantha brings a unique blend of legal insight and marketing expertise, backed by deep roots in the Calgary legal community. Her experience bridges strategic communication and client-focused legal service.

Samantha earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary.
