EXPERIENCE

  • Advised Mileway in relation to 14 acquisitions of logistic assets located in France.
  • Advised GLP on the acquisition from AG Real Estate of the shares of a company which owns a 100.000 sqm logistic complex located in Saint Martin de Crau.
  • Advised Mileway in relation to the French aspects of the recapitalization of Mileway via share deal of a pan-European portfolio of Mileway owned and Mileway managed assets.
  • Advising Marne et Finance (acting as purchaser) for the acquisition of 43 assets from Invivo through asset deals and the letting of these assets to Invivo Group.
  • Advising GLP in relation to the sale under future state of completion from StoneHedge of a major logistic complex located in Ablaincourt.
  • Advised GLP on the sale under future state of completion from Log’S of a major logistic complex located in Denain.
  • Advising Fortress on the conclusion of a construction agreement for two office towers located in Rueil-Malmaison.
  • Advised GLP in relation to the acquisition from Financière ID of a portfolio composed of three assets located in Chartres, Nancy and Châteauroux.
  • Advising BBVA for the negotiation of its lease for its headquarters located in Avenue de l’Opéra in Paris.
  • Advising Eurosport for the negotiation of its lease for its headquarters located in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
  • Regularly advising Qualcomm, Dr Martens, Unity, Lululemon, Bank of Ireland, GE, Uber, Pfizer, Discovery and Solocal for their leasing activities.
